We're building Siftly to fill that gap, a simple, affordable extraction tool designed for real-world documents.

What We're Building

AI-Powered Extraction

The core of Siftly is an AI that reads documents the way a human would. It understands layout, context, and relationships between fields. We're putting heavy focus on three areas most tools struggle with: handwritten text (especially messy handwriting), low-quality photos (dark, blurry, or damaged images), and complex table structures (nested headers, merged cells, multi-page tables).

Google Sheets Integration

Google Sheets is where most small businesses live. Siftly will export extracted data directly to Sheets with one click, no CSV downloads, no copy-pasting, no reformatting. We're building Sheets as the primary export destination because that's where the data needs to go.

Team Collaboration

We're building team features that let multiple people in your organization upload, process, and share extracted data. Shared document queues, review workflows, and export to shared spreadsheets. Built for accounting teams, property management firms, and any business where multiple people handle documents.

Mobile-First Capture

Most documents get captured on phones these days. We're building the mobile experience around that reality: better camera integration, on-device photo optimization before upload, and the ability to review and export extracted data right from your phone.
