• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement
• If using on behalf of an organisation, you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2 — Description of Service

Siftly is a document extraction platform that uses AI to convert invoices, receipts, and other business documents into structured spreadsheet data. You can:

• Upload and process documents (photos, scans, PDFs)
• Extract structured data using AI
• Export to CSV, Excel, or Google Sheets
• Organise extractions by supplier and project
• Import files directly from Google Drive

3 — Account Registration

To use Siftly, you need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date

4 — Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Siftly to:

• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
• Process documents you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Abuse the service or use it for fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5 — Subscriptions and Payments

Free Plan

Our free plan includes a limited number of extractions per month. No payment is required.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

6 — Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers:

• Request a refund within 30 days of your first payment
• Contact support with your refund request
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Your account will revert to the free plan upon refund

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals or after the 30-day period.

7 — Intellectual Property

Our IP: Siftly, its logo, and all platform content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the documents you upload. By using Siftly, you grant us a limited licence to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8 — Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability, however:

• The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues
• We will notify you of planned maintenance when possible
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Third-party AI services we rely on are outside our direct control

We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9 — Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Your data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the Service in a way that harms others or our platform

10 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siftly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11 — Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

AI-powered extraction may not be 100% accurate. Always review extracted data before use.

12 — Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the “Last Updated” date at the top
• Notify you via email for significant changes
• Post a notice on our platform

Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using Siftly.

13 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal action related to Siftly must be brought in the courts located in London, United Kingdom.
